Information we collect

Enquiry forms may collect your name, telephone number, email address, postal address, postcode, selected branch, product interest and any message you choose to send. Server logs may also record technical information needed for security and reliable operation.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to handle the request, route it to the correct team and keep appropriate business records. When you submit an enquiry, we may also receive campaign tags, the landing page, the referring website and the presence of advertising click markers to help understand which marketing brings enquiries. Campaign details are retained temporarily in this browser tab, expire after 30 minutes of inactivity between pages, and are saved with your enquiry when submitted. Full advertising click IDs and unrelated URL parameters are not collected by this enquiry-attribution feature. Source classifications are estimates. We do not ask for payment-card details through the consultation form.

Retention and your rights

Information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may ask the relevant branch for access, correction or deletion where the law permits.
